FORPY shall not be liable for trading losses, indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the plan terms. Fees, taxes, and billing cycles are governed by the pricing and subscription terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

The FORPY platform, branding, interface, content compilation, and proprietary analytics are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, users may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from protected materials.
